Delivery Policy:

• All bespoke shirts will be dispatched from our facility in Thailand within 9-18 days of your order being placed and confirmed
• We offer two delivery options: standard delivery for £9, and express delivery for £25. Both delivery options are available worldwide.
• Standard delivery usually takes between 15-30 days to arrive at your doorstep, while express delivery takes between 5-8 days.
• Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures in your country.

Returns Policy:

• We accept returns and exchanges on all shirts, except for those that have been personalized with monograms or embroidery.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shirt, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate a return or exchange*.
• All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that bespoke shirts are made-to-order and, therefore, are non-refundable* unless there is a quality issue. We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, so if you do encounter any issues with your shirt, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

*Our first shirt fit guarantee means that when you order your first shirt from us and if for any reason you are unhappy with the fit, we’ll take it back and remake it for you.
